BIOGRAPHY
The Colombian actor , photographer and musician , Diego Andres Cadavid Chica , was born on December 8, 1978 in Medellín Colombia. He studied civil engineering at the Universidad de los Andes. In 1995 he debuted in the telenovela Padres y Hijos and the following year he participated in Conjunto Cerrado . These were followed by others such as I love Paquita Gallego , Maria Madrugada, Juan Joyita wants to be a Knight, Yo soy Betty, la fea and Se armón la gorda, all of these at the end of the 90s and the beginning of the new millennium. In 2002 he debuted on the big screen with the film I’m looking for you and the following year he participated in El carro (2003). He has participated in projects such as The Dance of Life , The poster, Love on the grill , Table for three , 5 Loose Widows and No return. T he series with which he rose to fame was La Saga: Negocio de familia (2004) , cataloged by many as the best Colombian television series of all time, in which he played Pedro Manrique (as a young man), Manuel Manrique (as a young man) and Oscar Manrique, three characters from the same family through different generations. Among his most recent projects are the television series: El General, Nicky Jam: El Ganador, Señora Acero and Ingobernable.
