On your iOS device, go to Settings > iCloud and turn on iCloud. Scroll down and select Sign Out, then Sign Out to acknowledge it. If you’re using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account instead. Tap Keep on My [Device] or Remove from My [Device], input your Apple ID password, and press OK.
