Why are PacSun rewards pending?

1. At the top left of every page on our site, there will be a Rewards tab that will take you to the page with all the rewards.
2. Click on a Reward image.
3. Click on the REDEEM button.
4. You will get a form to redeem that reward.
5. If you have enough redeemable points for the reward, just follow the instructions.
