BIOGRAPHY
María Fernanda Castillo García is a Mexican actress, born on March 24, 1982, in Hermosillo, Sonora. While studying at Televisa’s CEA, Fernanda was invited to participate in the telenovela Lasvías del amor and shortly after she was signed to work on some episodes of the series Woman, real life cases . After participating in a contest on the E! , Fernanda was chosen for the lead role in the novel Clap, the place of your dreams (2003), and later joined novels such as Destilando amor, Teresa and Amor bravío . Shortly afterwards she participated in films such as Rumbos parallelles (2016), No manches Frida (2016) and Qué pena tu vida (2016). Despite her previous career, her fame came with the role of Mónica Robles in the series El Señor de los Cielos (2013-2017), over 420 episodes. Castillo continues with her career in film regardless of the fact that she is now more recognized on television. Recently, she starred in the film We Will See (2018), along with fellow Mexican actor, Mauricio Ochmann.
